Returns and Refunds

Return Period

You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
After this period, we may not be able to process your return request.


Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original packaging;

  • Be unused and in perfect condition;

  • Have all original tags and labels attached;

  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied for return.


Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect;

  • The product is different from what was ordered;

  • You exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving the product;

  • The product was damaged during shipping.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@nextstylestore.com, providing:

  • Your order number;

  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return;

  • Photos or videos of the product, if applicable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.


Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 (ten) business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or credit card issuer.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective item, wrong product, or damage during shipping, NextStyle will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items;

  • Promotional or clearance items with special return conditions;

  • Products returned after the return period has expired.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please request a return and refund, then place a new order for the desired product.
